-No further from campus than I am now (Patchen Place is a little iffy at New Circle/Richmond Rd)
-<$600 a month in rent
-Washer/dryer IN UNIT
-Extra storage
-Dogs of all sizes allowed (breed restrictions ok)
-Dishwasher. Non-negotiable.

*the meadows: student discount, dog park, ducks.

*raintree (looked at this one before): excellent indoor pool, "pet friendly," "washer and dryer available" (does that mean you can rent them?)

lansdowne apartments: water, sewer, trash (yeah, these look kinda sketchy)

*creeks on kirklevington: student discount, newly renovated, water, sewer, trash; free wifi, cool balcony

washer and dryer in unit:
saddlebook: water, sewer, trash; fireplace; BUT steep hill

old farm: fireplace, large dogs permitted, dog park; POTHOLES in parking lot

I think the Creeks sounds awesome, too, but I'd go with your gut when touring one. Pick the one that feels the most like home.
