This is the semester where I start to give a shit about grad school. Where I do my reading, stay on top of things, actually follow along with what my course requirements are, and pay attention to what my end goals are.

Of course, I type this as I sit on Molly's couch, watching SyFy's Alice for the second time this week. Whatev.

I've been in and out of moods lately. Lots of cranky moods. Curl-up-on-my-couch-and-mope, grumble-at-my-friends, don't-change-out-of-my-sweatpants sort of moods. I don't like this, and I hope it changes soon. I need to stop.

I wanted to update more, but I'm distracted by Alice and Hatter :)

omg, i know, right? flaily, fidgety things. things that make you blush and smile like a schoolgirl while you're watching the film.

i want a hatter of my own. pity i don't have any magical looking glasses lying about so i can find one.

i feel like there should be some kinda... crossover for Alice, RL and Tenth Kingdom.

i read a fanfic the other day that was alice-centric but threw together characters from tenth kingdom, enchanted, marvel-verse, etc. it was sort of over the top, but sort of interesting. i liked the idea, anyway.

oh wow. i mean, it's possible. you could totally do a mashup of all the fairy tales and get a pretty decent story. i mean, that was at least a part of the premise of 10th Kingdom anyway. but... huh.


i really should stop thinking up story ideas. i'm signed up for 2 big bangs and planning on another. and i've yet to ever put enough pen to paper to get down 20K in 6 months, let alone in 3 in the turn around for due dates.
